I’ve always wanted to participate in one of these, but my memory has somehow always failed me..totally not valid, but i suppose its better than “i was busy”

ah! this is so cool. I actually knew exactly who Deborah Sampson was because her story was in an American Girl activity book I had. But her story should certainly be taught everywhere, it’s inspiring. :)
